UK,  London,  Beckenham  We are looking for a female (£650) or couple (£750), friendly, easygoing housemate(s) to move in to our 3 bedroom terraced house, which we rent on the outskirts of Beckenham. The room available is a spacious double room (FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED) at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The deposit is £1000. The rent includes ALL BILLS as well as broadband and sky. Also included in the rent is a cleaner who comes once a week to do your ironing and clean the main house. We have an open plan kitchen/dining room with table, chairs and telly (Sky) as well as a separate living room. The back of the house leads onto a long garden, which is great for BBQ’s and sunbathing. We also have a loft and plenty of storage space. First thing I should tell you is that we have 2 small Jack Russell dogs. One’s 2 and the other is 7, they are extremely friendly, quiet, 100% housetrained and very loving, so people who like dogs would be best (although they are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms). Now a bit about us…I am a professional in London and my partner is a Painter & Decorator. We have been together for 8 years so are very solid and just generally very chilled out. We enjoy other people's company but we also enjoy our own time together. Kent House train station is only 4 minutes walk away with great links into central London.
