Brighton, Hove Two male flatmates looking for a 25-35 professional male/female to occupy an unfurnished bedroom in a nice top floor flat in Hove. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared between the 3 of us. The bedroom is reasonably small – approximately 3m x 4m. Our current flatmate can fit her double bed, bedside table and chest of draws in there and still make it seem quite roomy. There is a lot of space in the eaves for storage etc. We have an on demand boiler which makes for really good showers. We also have 2 fan assisted ovens, a gas stove and a big fridge freezer with a built in ice machine! Rent is currently £420 PCM and includes the water and council tax. The gas, electricity and broadband internet is additional. It’s a small, well-insulated flat so we don’t tend to use too much gas to keep the place warm.
