Budapest,  first district  Hello everyone, I'm a German ERASMUS student for the 2nd term in Budapest and offering a room in the shared flat I live in. it's about: - 15 m² - including huge wardrobe and - fully furnished (bed, desktop, shelf, bedside table, TV, DVD player, lamps and it's no problem to get more furniture in there for free!) - costs 200 € / month incl. utilities. -> We have access to a huge garden -> We have a balcony The kitchen, bath, corridor are big and the flat was build in 2002! So it's all new and very well equipped (see attached pictures). The neighbourhood is really safe and nice, it's one of the best districts to live in Budapest... The PUBLIC TRANSPORT situation is very well! Buses are leaving every 5 - 10 minutes and it takes just 5 - 10 minutes, depending on the traffic, to Ferenciek tér (metro line) or Astoria on Pest side.
