Brisbane, Newmarket What we want: An awesome new housemate to join our rad Newmarket sharehouse. What we’re offering: Two small rooms with your own separate bathroom. These rooms are suitable for a bedroom and study, and there is a large desk available in one of the rooms if desired. Both these room are on the third floor of a three-story house. There is one other bedroom on the third floor and one on the first floor. Communal space is on the second floor – large dining and lounge area with a modern kitchen and air conditioning. A modern dishwasher, granite benchtops and wooden floors mean it’s easy to keep the place clean. The room is $150 per week with power and internet (ADSL2+) bills being split evenly (Approx $12/week total). Bond is $470 to be paid upon moving in. No pets, sorry. Who we are: Josh – 20-year-old graphic design student, likes bike riding and creative things. Jazz - 21-year-old filmmaker, likes dabbling in guitar, photography and being a hippy. Adrian – 23-year-old structural engineer, likes photography and unconventional geeky things.
