Adelaide, Town Centre Hey there my name is Felicia and I currently living in Burton. I am 20 years old. My room mate is moving out this week and I will be looking for someone else to take there place. Since uni is starting up soon near mawson lakes I thought it would catch someones interest. The rent would be $140 a week plus any expenses on gas and electricity, the bill comes quarterly. The bedroom is a decent size and house is fairly big with lounge room & family room.
