Shanghai, Xu Hu District I need to rent my room out as I'm off travelling round China before heading back to the UK. It's in the heart of the French Concession less than 5 min walk to Hengshan subway stop on Wuxing rd cross Hengshan Rd.Quiet building located on the 3rd floor and a 24 hour all days right outside. The flat would be shared with a French guy and a Chinese girl. Both are really easy to live with and we found the flat together as friends. They are tidy and quiet. The rent is 2000 a month which is really good for the location and the deposit is 3000. Rent is paid once a month at the end of each month. Internet is on wireless in all rooms. We share one bathroom but that's the style of flat. Kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave and food processor and all the pots and pans. My room has a big built in wardrobe and the although the bed looks like a single its actually 3/4 and is fine. The landlady is fine, never any problems. No animals though I'm afraid.
