Open plan kitchen & lounge area. Fireplace. Small, well-loved back yard & braai. Alarm system. The room is small, but comfortable (I have been here just under 2 years) and lovely as it gets afternoon sun. Electricity excluded - pay as you go. Wifi & landline also extra every month but very affordable. Pet friendly - no cats. One guy allergic :( 2 (great) guys currently residing in the house - one young professional and an older student.
