When you advertise a room you should always try to provide the following information:

• Rental Cost - Either provide the weekly or monthly cost of the room you are renting.
• Deposit - What deposit will be required.

• Local Transport - Buses, Trains
• Details about other roommates
• Rental Period - What is the minimum term of rental
• Lease - Terms of the lease i.e 3, 6 or 12 month lease etc
• Landlord - Details about the landlord i.e Live in Landlord, Professional Landlord
• Tenancy Deposit Scheme - Let your Tenants know about how their deposit will be protected.

If you want to put in a web address in your advertisement then you need to place a back link from that website to Rooms-To-Let.com.

Advertisers in the United Kingdom will not have their phone numbers displayed, instead we will replace that number with a safe numbers, so when an interested roommate wants to call and enquire about the room they will have to ring an 070, this diverts to the advertisers number provided in the ads submission page.
